Improved Vodafone TV box set-up journey by identifying problems in the physical user journey and mental models in adding multiple boxes into the subscription.

Worked on LG's G brand identity project. The identity project is to create a five-year roadmap to evolve LG's flagship mobile UX brand through consistent yet trend-matching storytelling techniques based on future customer value and brand identity. Designed Q-Pair UX, a seamless and straightforward connectivity UX between mobile devices, where users can continue the video, notes, messages, calls, and browser usage between two devices such as smartphone-tablets and smartphone-watches. Led the UX strategy for LG's first premium smartphone brand G. I also produced LG mobile UX philosophy, design principles, design guidelines, and opportunity map.

Led the Vodafone360 shop app UX vertical and designed the entire app structure and specifications for developers. Managed the design of all Vodafone360 native apps on the Limo platform that Samsung and Vodafone collaboratively created as a smartphone platform. The platform was built on Samsung devices H1 and M1 with the Vodafone brand. Led SonyEricsson mobile UX customization for Vodafone. Defined the Vodafone proposition on SonyEricsson devices and managed overall UX quality and usability.

Led Samsung Global Mobile UX platform, worked on standardization and design guide, and managed all apps on Samsung GSM mobile devices sold in Europe, America, and Japan. I also acted as a strategic UX counter partner with Vodafone, Verizon, T-mobile, and Sprint. Managed UX design of Ultra Video and Music, a dual face Swivel mobile phone awarded as 'Most innovative products in CES 2007'. This product was supplied to Sprint in the US and named 'UPSTAGE.'. Led UX design for Samsung's first Japanese mobile phone, 804-ss, that was sold through Vodafone KK in Japan.

Designed exterior of 'Optimus', a five-seater Sedan, sold through Kia right after Kia and Hyundai merged. I was an assistant designer of the project and worked on ideation, scale modeling, line drawing, and secondary profile. Worked on the design of the exterior of 'Libero', a three-seater pickup truck that was Korea's first 1.5-ton commercial truck. I was a co-lead designer of the project and worked on ideation, scale modeling, line drawing, full-size modeling, and primary profile. Designed engine room cover and other garnish of 'Santa Fe', Hyundai Motor's original five-seater SUV. I also worked as a junior styling designer responsible for logo and alloy wheel.
